Rating: - don't waste your money, cheap and nasty
This product has a big problem. I bought the 4gig one and an 8 gig mem card. You cannot copy any files to the memory card via the sofware, if you can, I cannot find how to do it. Feels very cheap and plasticky, screen dull, sound poor. Not worth the £43 I paid. I packaged it up and sent it back.

Rating: - Great player and better value than the ipod touch
I'm going to compare this player to the ipod touch which is what I had considered buying until I saw the price tag and compared the two models.

This player is great overall. I initially bought it just as an mp3 player but after seeing how amazing the screen quality was, I've been using it to watch movies during my lunch breaks at work. Rating: - Excellent, good value, multi-tasking media player
I bought a 4GB Zen a couple of months ago having previously had a 512MB Zen Nano Plus (also good), and fancying more memory and some video capability. I have been nothing but pleased with this player.

Rating: - Great Quality, But Screen Commonly Scratches
It is a good Mp4 and a great player, great video quality. My first one though was faulty but my 2nd one is perfect except the screen gets the odd scratch which is removable with the right stuff!
