I plugged in my new Braun Oral-B 7500 DLX toothbrush at 4.0pm on Thursday and it is now 11.30 am on Sunday and the light is still flashing. Several reviewers have commented that the time taken to charge their tooth brush was more than 16 hours but has anyone else's taken this long? Perhaps there is something wrong with mine.

Braun are the Kings of Electric Toothbrushes! I have used a number of electric toothbrushes and never knew what the fuss was until I got this one.

Rating: - Don't waste your money - poor build quality!
I was very pleased with this tooth brush when I first got it. After a week of owning it I knocked it onto the floor. Come on who hasn't knocked their electric tooth brush on the floor? Their tall shape and small base make them unstable at the best of times.

Anyway I digress. The casing cracked arond the top and bottom after this one knock, water got in; end result dead tooth brush.

I upgraded to this toothbrush having used Colegate's battery powered toothbrush for the last 3 years, only wish I had done so earlier. The braun is in a different league for quality and performance, for the first time my teeth feel really clean and visually look cleaner. Rating: - Brilliant. While it was working!
This was my second electric toothbrush (the first was also a Braun, so I must have been satified with the first). The 7500 was brilliant. My teeth both felt and looked cleaner than with my first brush, which was in itself a great improvement on the previous manual brush.
Unfortunately after about 11 months the brush stopped dead! (...)
I have only been able to give this 3 stars because of the failure. If it had not failed it would have got a full 5 stars
