I have all of Callan Pinckney's tapes, and this is the one I use the most. It's concise and perfectly balanced between a complete body warm-up, and making you work those stomach muscles, all in a 20 minute work-out.

What makes Callanetics unique is its "no impact" approach to exercise. Rating: - Disappointing
I have the Super Callanetics and Callan's 1987 version - both have more stomach exercises than the quick stomach version - I think it is a waste of money. One can just forward the tape to the stomach excercises on both the full Callanetics tapes.
