This is the second book I have tried to read by Annie Groves; i thought I might of been a bit harsh with the last one and given up too easily so when I saw this I was quite excited by the read up. To begin with this book was really good, it had a gripping story line, then it went off the boil when Connie started nursing. ......rather disappointing. I have read Ellie Pride and this was by far the superior book. Connies Courage lacked the chemistry between the two main characters.
